Daisy Tribute

We got Daisy as a puppy, she was only 6 weeks old and she was the runt of the litter. Josh started taking her to work with him in a cardboard box, she was his constant companion. Everybody who has met Daisy has loved her, she was a big hit at the lumber yard, she knew everyone who had dog bisquits and would hit them all up everytime Josh would go there. Maybe that's how she got so big? :-) We've been remembering all the good times we had with her, the way she could jump eye level with you, the way she just licked the thin air when she was excited, spinning her body into a c shape, just licking, licking, licking. The time when we put turkey gravy on her dog food and she was as wide as she was long. The way Josh ruined her for life with the swimming, by throwing her in Lake Padden thinking she would just swim, but nope she never did learn to swim. The time she got backed over by a big truck and her only injury was being sore for a couple of days. She used to catch frisbee's in mid-air and then the frisbee would flip up in front of her eyes and she couldn't see, but she'd just keep running because she loved to run. We miss you Daisy, you were a huge and great part of our family!
